Welcome to Redbrick! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Redbrick’s websites, applications, AI content creation tools, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal minimum age in your country) to use our Services. If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from your legal guardian.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create a Redbrick account using a supported method (e.g., email, Google, Apple, Discord, etc.). You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Keep your login credentials confidential

  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

The Company may reject registration or suspend access for accounts that violate these Terms, attempt fraud, or circumvent regional restrictions.

3. Redbrick Services

Our Services include:

  • AI-powered content creation tools (text, image, video, code, etc.)

  • Templates and presets for games, stories, and learning content

  • Programming learning communities and event-based challenges

  • Activity-based point and XP level systems

  • Affiliate services (e.g., wallet integrations, partner APIs)

The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

4. User Content and License

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload ("User Content"). By uploading or publishing content, you grant Redbrick a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, adapt, and distribute your content to operate and improve the Services.

If you make your content public, you agree that:

  • Other users may view, share, or remix your content

  • Redbrick may use your content in search, discovery, or promotional features

  • Public content may be referenced for AI training, with prior notice and opt-out rights

You must not upload any content that:

  • Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights

  • Contains illegal, obscene, hateful, or deceptive material

  • Violates any applicable law or community standards

5. AI Training and Public Data

We may use de-identified or publicly shared User Content to improve our AI models under lawful bases (e.g., legitimate interest or consent). You may opt out of having your content used for training by contacting us. We never use private, non-public content (e.g., drafts, private workspaces) for AI training without explicit consent.

6. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Misuse, hack, or reverse-engineer the platform

  • Upload malware or harmful code

  • Circumvent access restrictions

  • Share or resell your account or service access

  • Exploit bugs or automation for unfair gain (e.g., using bots or cheat tools)

  • Violate any law or third-party rights

Redbrick reserves the right to warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts based on policy violations.

7. Points and Level System

We may offer a reward system based on activity:

  • Points: Earned and used within the platform; non-refundable, non-transferable

  • XP & Levels: Indicate your engagement; unlocking additional features

Redbrick may change or discontinue the point/level system at its discretion, with prior notice where feasible.

8. Payment and Subscriptions

Some services require payment via subscription or one-time purchases.

  • Prices and features are disclosed at the time of payment

  • You agree to recurring billing if subscribing

  • You may cancel at any time, but refunds are not guaranteed unless legally required

  • Taxes may apply depending on your location

9. Affiliate and Partner Services

If you access third-party services through Redbrick (e.g., wallet integrations, social media, SDKs), their own Terms and Privacy Policies apply. We are not responsible for external services, except where our own negligence applies.

10. Intellectual Property

All Redbrick trademarks, branding, templates, and software are the property of the Company. You may not use or reproduce Redbrick IP without permission, except as explicitly allowed within the Services.

11. Data, Privacy, and Security

Our data collection, use, and protection practices are governed by our Privacy Policy.

  • We do not sell your personal data

  • We implement encryption, access controls, and monitoring systems

  • You may access, update, or delete your data at any time

  • Parents or legal guardians may act on behalf of users under age 14

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time.
Redbrick may suspend or delete accounts that violate our Terms or are inactive for extended periods.
Upon termination:

  • Public content may remain visible unless deleted beforehand

  • Private content will be deleted unless legally retained

13. Youth Protection Policy

Redbrick complies with youth protection laws. Minors may use paid services only with verified parental or guardian consent, or the purchase may be voided. We enforce age-based content restrictions where required (e.g., based on Korean Youth Protection Act).

14. Service Availability

We strive for 24/7 availability but may suspend Services temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or security reasons. We may limit access based on region, device type, or user status.

15. Warranties and Disclaimers

Redbrick is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • That the Services will always be available

  • That content is free of errors

  • That AI-generated results are accurate, reliable, or appropriate for all use cases

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Redbrick is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • User-generated content or third-party services

  • Content loss due to user error or deletion

  • Technical issues beyond our control

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Seoul Central District Court, unless another jurisdiction is required by law.

18. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. We will notify users of material changes 7 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
